Joel will clean/fillet/bag your fish for you on the boat to your liking but does not ship. (Meal size fillets are great for freezing and transporting as they take up less room and freeze quick)
Options: (freeze overnight or use ice packs) -Freeze in your hotel room or have the Hotel freeze it for you -Pack it tight in your luggage frozen and insulate with clothes -Use a small cooler as a carry on -Use a cooler secured with tape as a checked piece of luggage -Drop off at Post office - opens at 6:30am -Drop off at UPS - opens at 8:30am -Drop off at Fed EX - opens 7-8am
